President

Florence was the Overall Winner at the Young Designers Show in 1978. Since 1979, she was frequently invited by TDC to show her collections in internationally-acclaimed trade fairs to promote HK Fashion.  She was the first designer from Hong Kong showing the Evening Wear Collection at the Designers' Corner in Harrods of London. Florence’s designs under were sold in prestigious department stores, namely Neiman Marcus, Lafayette, Magasin, Sogo, etc..  Besides, she is a fashion expert for product development varied from Casual Wear to Sophisticated Evening Wear.

 Florence has been invited as judge/adviser for Fashion Design Contests, Fashion shows/promotions, such as Hong Kong Polytechnic University Fashion Show, TVB Miss Hong Kong Pageant, Viyella Young Designer Award, ATV Miss Asia Pageant etc.

With invaluable working experience in fashion industry, Florence contributes her expertise in fashion to train the young designers in Hong Kong and China. She is currently organising fashion design/ Images programmes and conducting seminars/workshops for educational/commercial organization in Hong Kong and China, including School of Continuing and Professional Studies of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Community College of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, etc.

 Apart from being President to the International Fashion Design and Management Association, she also serves as the panel judge member of Design Incubation Programme organized by Hong Kong Design Centre, the programme is non-profit making and receiving funding support from the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Florence’s fashion pieces were exhibited and collected by Hong Kong Heritage Museum, she also participate in Textile and Design conference and submit papers in order to exchange ideas with experts in the industry. Besides, she is the author of a book "Dress IQ – How to dress well with individual character and success".

国际知名时装设计师及形象顾问，美国工商管理学士。自80年代起，经常应香港贸易发展局之邀请，代表香港出席并展出高级时装系列于世界各时装大都会；推广香港时装。系列畅销欧洲、美国、澳洲等市场。是首位香港时装设计师，获英国夏洛斯百货公司( Harrods of London) 邀请，展示其晚装系列于“国际时装设计师廊”陈列出售。
 
学术及业界方面，谢小姐多次应邀为香港理工大学、香港工业学院担任时装设计比赛表演评审，曾为多届香港小姐及亚洲小姐选举作评审及设计大会晚装。谢小姐除为香港及内地厂商担任高级时装策划、系列设计及品牌形象顾问外，亦应邀为多间大学、香港及国内工商机构如香港汇丰银行、香港赛马会、中国可口可乐等举办建立企业形象的培训课程，包括职业形象、员工衣着形象及商务礼仪等。其间，著作有畅销书『衣着IQ — 如何穿出个性与成功』。该著作为香港中央图书馆，以至美国旧金山市立图书馆等俱有收藏，可见其学术地位广受尊重。
 
奖项及荣誉 获香港贸易发展局1978「青年时装设计家创作表演赛」全场总冠军。 经常应贸易发展局之邀请，提供时装系列到世界各地协助宣传香港时装。 首位获英国夏洛斯( Harrods of London)百货公司特选其晚装系列于“国际时装设计师廊” 陈列出售的香港时装设计师。。 曾多次应邀为香港理工大学、工业学院担任时装表演评判，亦应邀为多届香港小姐及亚洲小姐大会设计晚装。 接受超过百多个中、外报章、杂志、电台及电视访问，包括香港紫荆杂志、香港南华早报 ( South China Morning Post)、Elle杂志、Vogue 杂志、流行通信、香港电视、香港电台等。
